A bill in the United States (U.S.), introduced by Pennsylvania Rep. Susan Wild, seeking the suspension of Washington’s police and military aid is a “very wild suggestion,” according to Malacañang.

Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque made the comment after Wild proposed to suspend the U.S.’ security assistance to the Philippines following the passage of the highly-contested anti-terrorism law.

Is the Palace confident that the proposal won’t get the thumbs up from the US Congress?

Roque said the Philippines will not interfere with the domestic affair of another state.
