The government has allowed motorcycle back riding for authorized persons outside residence (APOR) during the modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ).

Pillion riding on motorcycles is allowed for work-related travel, according to Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque.

Roque also said that back riding will be allowed if the motorcycle is installed with the prescribed barrier; privately owned; not for hire; and not hired during the trip.
