Santa Divina! UST Law dean gives out cash envelopes for Christmas
University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law dean Nilo Divina has made sure that colleagues and students alike will have a merry Christmas.
Divina gave out cash envelopes on December 20 to select members of the UST Faculty of Civil Law in time with UST’s celebration of its Paskuhan 2017.
A video taken on campus showed a queue forming outside an office within the college as students and teachers alike await Divina’s generous gift.
Despite being embroiled in controversy over the hazing and death of UST law student Horacio “Atio” Castillo III, Divina enjoys brisk business as his law firm, Divina Law, boasts of an ever-growing list of clients.
Among the VIPs who have sought Divina Law’s services include the SM Group’s head Tessie Sy Coson and Double Dragon Properties Corp’s Injap Sia.
