President Rodrigo Duterte has ordered to constitutional commission (Con Com) to come up with a draft Constitution good for future generations instead of placing emphasis on what he wants.

House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez has taken it upon himself to come up with a draft executive order on the creation of a constitutional commission (con-com) so President Rodrigo Duterte has nothing else to do but to sign it.
