The chair of the Senate committee on basic education on Wednesday commended the Department of Education (DepEd) and its teaching personnel for the “successful return” of daily face-to-face classes in elementary and secondary schools in the country.
Blended learning will continue in “very specific places” beyond October when the government targets to fully implement in-person classes, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said.
