Remulla teams up with Guevarra on PH case vs China on WPS coral reef damage, seeks expert counsel

Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla and Solicitor General Menardo Guevarra will meet next week to study possible legal action to take against China over the destruction of coral reefs in the West Philippine Sea (WPS). Remulla also revealed plans to seek the help of environmental law expert Atty. Antonio Oposa Jr., “to help us with the task of forming a complaint when it comes to this destruction of the environment.”
