Senator Sherwin Gatchalian emphasized on Friday that the possibility of a joint oil exploration between China and the Philippines in the West Philippine Sea (WPS) would only materialize if the east Asian country recognizes the Philippine Constitution.
The government will study the proposed joint oil and gas exploration with China in the West Philippine Sea (WPS), Malacañang said.
