ARTA approves PPA system to address container deposit woes

The Philippine Ports Authority’s (PPA) Trusted Operator Program-Container Registry and Monitoring System (TOP-CRMS) has been given a green light by the government’s anti-red tape agency to help address issues related to container deposits and empty container returns.
