National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) spokesperson Ferdinand Lavin said the bureau has cleared two boys, ages two and 10 year olds, after their names showed up in the list Martial Law Administrator, Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana, has ordered arrested.
