The first batch of China’s Sinovac vaccines will arrive in the Philippines this Sunday, Malacañang announced.

A total of 600,000 vaccine doses donated by the Chinese government to the country will be delivered on February 28, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said in his virtual presser Thursday.

“Inaasahan na darating sa araw ng Linggo ang Sinovac kaya excited na po tayong lahat,” according to Roque.

The Palace official shared that government officials will personally witness the arrival of the China-made vaccines.
