Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra said on Friday (Nov. 27) that he is set to pick which corruption reports will be investigated by the Task Force Against Corruption (TFAC).

“I will call a meeting of the main task force next week to identify which of these complaints will be the subject of special investigating teams,” he said.

In the meantime, Guevarra said that the task force continues to receive corruption complaints from the public.

“All complaints so far received by the Task Force Against Corruption secretariat are now being screened and evaluated,” he said.

The TFAC has been accepting corruption reports and complaints after President Rodrigo Duterte issued a memorandum last Oct. 27 which ordered Guevarra to investigate all corrupt activities in government.
